brought us to Honduras to help the people. They appreciate greatly our

The people of Moropocay and Puerto Grande are in desperate need
of dental attention. Dr. Alex Moreno, his wife, Dra. Hortenzia Valladares, and Dr. Leonard Jensen
provided that attention in January 2009. The dental team works under
very primitive conditions in Puerto Grande and Moropocay. The only dental treatment
they can render is to extract diseased teeth. Our plans are to upgrade the facilities so that the
densists can perform "drill and fill" dentistry...

Construction Projects
We have already completed
several construction projects at the two communities. The construction team has worked on construction projects
in the villages of Puerto Grande and Moropocay during our visits
in 2008, 2009 and 2010. In 2008 the concrete block building which
will eventually become the Sunday School Building was painted and lights were installed. This building presently serves as a residence
for the Pastor, his wife and 3 children...

Our medical team repeatedly treats water borne illnesses and
infections that would not have occurred or spread if soap and clean water were
available for bathing. We are also concerned for the lives of women in the
villages who spend inordinate amounts of their daily lives carrying water and
suffering from chronic neck and back pain as a result. Finally, clean drinking
water is a problem which must be addressed in these
